·        Wholesale vs. Retail Accounts:

We serve wholesale as well as retail accounts. Licensed wholesalers will benefit from competitive pricing options depending on order volume. Prices published online are retail.

 

·        Order Lead time:

All artwork is hand-carved to order. Stock inventory is delivered within 1-2 weeks. Custom orders are filled and delivered within 8-10 weeks from receipt of order. Your scheduled delivery time is noted on your order confirmation sent via e-mail.

 

·        Artwork Selection:

Only a limited sample of artwork is displayed online at this site. To review our full selection, please request a Company Catalog on our ‘Order’ page or by phone. Also, you have the option to supply your own custom designs and discuss the details with a specialized sales associate prior to approval. Our associates are eager to answer any questions you may have.

 

·        Payment Information:

All orders require payment of 50% of the invoice amount at the time of order and the remainder 50% upon order delivery. We accept payment in the form of credit card, electronic wire transfer, and cashier checks for immediate order processing. Business and personal checks require a 3-day hold on order processing for fund clearance.
